CoLab 1 is an artist-run space for hire, located within the WGV development in the heart of the SHACC artists’ community. It is a versatile, multi-use venue available to artists, collectives, community groups, and commercial organizations.

CoLab 1 functions as a community meeting and workshop space and offers the following features:

• Located on the ground floor with disabled access

• Capacity for up to 20 people

• Available for use between 8am – 8pm

• Fully accessible toilet and shower

• Tea/coffee making facilities, sink, and fridge

• Can be hired by the hour, half-day, full-day, or for regular recurring events

 

The space is clean, modern, and adaptable—suitable for art workshops, exhibitions, artist residencies, small-scale theatre and performances, presentations, seminars, and corporate events.
