Stephen Lobo  is a lover of Fremantle. A creative. A soulful human who believes in sharing the beauty of life. A photographer and purveyor of music, who landed up at Fremantle's welcoming doors just several months before the turn of the Millennium.

Steve has embraced by Freo. Young and old, creative, cultural, artistic and immediately felt loved and in love. He made a film, took photo's, picked up rubbish and made art and walked the streets barefoot.
